Linn is a native of Georgia and a graduate of Georgia Tech. In 2019, he retired after almost 50 years in the chemical industry. Linn is a husband to his wife Karen, father to Denise and Todd, and grandfather to Bodie, Linlea, Rosie, Angel, and Mackie. Linn has been a resident of Mt. Juliet for 15 years. A Founder of Rehab 23 in 2013, Linn retired as Rehab 23 President in August 2025. He also served on the Wilson County 911 Board from 2020-2024 and currently serves on the Mt. Juliet Industrial Development Board since 2023. Linn is excited to begin the Mt. Juliet Fire Foundation in 2026!

Bill Jones was born and raised in the Bronx, New York City. Bill moved to Mt. Juliet in 2018 and has been involved with first responders for over 50 years. Bill served as an Auxiliary Firefighter from 1978 to 1991. He is a member of Throggs Neck Volunteer Ambulance Corp from 1979 through 1995, where he met and married his wife, Jane in 1985. During his service with TNVAC he served in many positions including Dispatcher, EMT, Communications Officer, Assistant Chief of Operations, and on the Board of Directors.

Shawn is a lifelong Mt. Juliet Resident with an extensive background in community banking, financial leadership and civic service. Throughout her career, she has been committed to serving the financial needs of individuals, families and businesses while actively supporting organizations and initiatives that strengthen the community. 

Shawn serves as Senior Vice President and Wilson County Market President for Volunteer Bank, bringing significant financial and leadership experience to her role as Director and Treasurer of Mt. Juliet Fire Foundation. As a member of the Foundation’s Board of Directors, she is committed to responsible financial stewardship and advancing the Foundation’s mission to support local firefighters, enhance public safety, and serve the Mt. Juliet Community.

Her commitment to service extends beyond the Foundation. Shawn is actively involved in several community organizations including her role as co-founder and member of Wings Over Wilson, a local faith-based nonprofit dedicated to helping meet the needs of Wilson County residents. A graduate of MJHS class of 1990, Shawn has deep roots in the community she serves. She and her husband Johnny have raised their family in the Mt. Juliet Community. They are the proud parents of Kennedy and John Thomas and proud grandparents of Paige, affectionately known as “Bae-Bae” and Rafe Casey.

A Mt. Juliet resident for 40 years, Bob is a United States Air Force veteran and proudly retired from TDS Telecom after 31 years. He then spent 4 years with First Freedom Bank. He is an active member of the Mt. Juliet Breakfast Rotary for 26 years. Bob is married to Judy for 50 years and he enjoys spending time with their grandchildren and staying involved in the community.

Harvey “Mac” McDonald is a Nashville-based real estate developer, investor, and Realtor with more than 30 years of experience in real estate finance and development, having financed over $1 billion in projects ranging from major mixed-use developments to historic property redevelopments. A Vanderbilt Law graduate, he has also held leadership roles in investment banking and development, earning recognition for pioneering green building and energy conservation initiatives, including post-Hurricane Katrina redevelopment efforts along the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

A native of Iowa, he recently celebrated his 80th birthday and has called the Nashville area home for more than 50 years. He owned several new car dealerships throughout Middle Tennessee before retiring a few years ago.

He was married to his beloved wife, Sherry, for 57 years until her passing in late 2024. He has two children and seven grandchildren.

An avid pool player and instructor, he started a women’s instructional group at Del Webb last year that has grown to more than 20 members. He also stays active in the community as a Responder with Rehab 23.

From Charleston, SC, married and happy to call Mt Juliet home. I’m a retired Soldier who enjoys staying active and serving the community.

Sami Kincaid is a native of Mt. Juliet and graduate from The University of Tennessee. Go Vols! She is a producer of the nationally syndicated Big D & Bubba Morning Show and an on-air personality for 103.3 Country. Prior to transitioning to country radio, she hosted Power Hour with Sami Kincaid on sister station 104.5 The Zone, where she highlighted women working across the sports industry. Alongside her work at Cumulus Media, Sami serves as a host and sideline reporter for the Friday Night Rivals Game of the Week on MyTV30, covering high school football throughout the Nashville market. She has also worked as a color analyst for Women’s Basketball and Women’s Soccer on SEC Network, and can frequently be found covering football, baseball, and other sporting events from the sidelines with a camera in hand. Sami also serves on the board for SW & Friends, a Wilson County based organization.
Sami has a daughter named Lyla. They attend The Bridge Fellowship and love spending their time finding new adventures around town.

Lorne Thomas is the CEO & President of Prysm Corporation, a technology services company serving businesses and nonprofits throughout Middle Tennessee. A lifelong Mount Juliet resident, Lorne is passionate about strengthening the community that has shaped his life and family. Guided by his faith and a belief in servant leadership, he has dedicated his time to supporting local organizations, businesses, and community initiatives. Lorne is honored to serve on the Mt. Juliet Fire Foundation Board and remains committed to helping make Mount Juliet a great place to live, work, and raise a family.
